About Holistic Heart
Our Mission
At Holistic Heart, our mission is to provide high-quality counseling and holistic therapeutic services to adults and young people who are experiencing emotional or psychological difficulties.
Our Team
I am a qualified and BACP registered counsellor who is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals and improve their mental health and well-being. I am a trauma informed practitioner and can work with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, self harm, life changing events such as bereavement, relationship breakdown and health issues.
I am a Reiki master and teacher and a silent counselling practitioner, both holistic therapies can support alleviating angst and distress to find a clear way forward.
Our Approach
I believe in taking a person-centered approach to counseling, where I work collaboratively with clients to identify their goals and develop a personalized plan for treatment. I can work creatively and in-person sessions can be offered at Heart Studio based in Glenrothes. Online and telephone counselling can be offered also.
